Prepare yellow cake mix according to pkg directions. Pour batter into prepared 9x13 cake pan. Sprinkle 4 cups diced fresh apricots on top of batter, and sprinkle top with cinnamon-sugar (about 3 tablespoons). Bake 45 minutes in 350º oven. Cool in pan 10 minutes before cutting and serving.
