Clean 6 center-cut pork chops, and salt well.
Brown in olive oil, in a large skillet, on both sides.
Arrange chops in an oven-proof baking dish or small roaster.
Add 2 cans mushroom soup to leavenings in skillet and mix. Add 1 can water and smooth to gravy texture. Add additional water if necessary to obtain consistency.
Pour gravy over chops, cover baking dish and bake in 250° oven for about 2 hours or until tender.
