4 bananas
3 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup Kahlua (or Crème de Cacao)
1/3 cup light rum
6 scoops vanilla ice cream
Slice bananas diagonally into chunks. Melt butter over low heat in frying pan or chafing dish. Add banana chunks to butter, stirring gently to coat bananas. Add Kahlua and rum. Heat just to simmer; ignite. Let flame until it extinguishes itself. Spoon over ice cream to serve.
