1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons beau monde seasoning
Place mayonnaise, sour cream and milk in blender. Mix on high speed 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high speed 3 minutes. Store in covered jar or bowl at least one hour to blend and set. Serve at room temperature. Goes best on romaine and raddichio.
