Broccoli Cornbread

2 boxes Jiffy corn bread mix
4 eggs, well beaten
1 10-oz container cottage cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 onion, finely diced
1 10-oz frozen chopped broccoli
1 stick butter

Saute onion in butter in a small skillet. Cook broccoli in a small saucepan for 5 minutes. Drain and chop. Beat eggs in a large bowl. Add broccoli, cottage cheese and the corn bread mix; stir well. Add grated cheese and onions (with butter); stir again until well-blended. Pour into 9x13 pan and bake in 400 degree oven until golden brown. Cut into squares to serve.
