Cheesecake Tarts

1 pkg frozen tart shells (12-14)
3 (8oz.) packages of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
5 eggs, beaten
1 pint sour cream
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together cream cheese, sugar, salt and vanilla. Add eggs and beat until smooth. Pour into frozen tart shells and bake at 325 degrees for one hour or until set.

Prepare topping while tarts are cooking. Beat together sour cream, sugar and vanilla and spread on warm tarts. Return to oven 3-5 minutes.

Cool to room temperature, then store in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Serve chilled.
