Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

3 cups diced cooked chicken
1 pkg sour cream
2 pkgs frozen broccoli
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 cups sour cream
1 pkg onion soup mix
1 cup whipping cream
¼ teaspoon paprika

Prepare broccoli according to package directions. Mix the sour cream and the onion soup until smooth and completely blended. Put half the broccoli in the bottom of a buttered casserole. Dot with spoonfuls of the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle half the chicken over the broccoli and cream; dot the chicken with more spoonfuls of sour cream and add another layer of broccoli; again dot with some of the sour cream.

Whip the whipping cream until it stands in peaks. Carefully fold in the remainder of the sour cream-onion soup mixture. Spread over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Serves 6.
