2 8-oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
½ teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup chocolate mini-morsels
1 graham cracker or oreo cookie crust
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Fold in mini-morsels. Pour batter into crust. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Remove, and CAREFULLY move a knife through the batter so as not to touch the crust on the bottom. Return to the oven and bake for 30 more minutes until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
