1 pkg chocolate cake mix
1 cup water
5 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 regular sized chocolate instant pudding mix
2/3 cup salad oil
Place cake and pudding mixes in a bowl and add a little water, beating with mixer until lumps disappear. Add remaining water and beat until batter is smooth and fluffy. Rinse off beaters. In a separate bowl beat 5 eggs with oil and vanilla until well-mixed. Add to cake batter, beating on medium speed until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a greased and floured tube (angel food) pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour. Cool and ice with any frosting of your choice, preferably chocolate.
OPTIONAL: Light or dark chocolate cake and pudding mixes may be used according to personal preference.
