Chocolate Gravy

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/2 cup heavy cream

In small bowl, combine cocoa, sugar and 1/3 cup brown sugar. In small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; stir in heavy cream. Bring nearly to a boil. Stir in cocoa mixture, whisking constantly 1 to 2 minutes or until sugar is dissolved and mixture is smooth and thickened. Drizzle over cake, fruit, ice cream, etc.
