1 lb. lean ground pork
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed oregano
1 clove garlic, mashed or pressed
Grind pork yourself, if possible for freshness. Add all other ingredients and mix thoroughly in a medium bowl. Let stand for several hours if using right away without storage. If you store it, use a crock pot or tightly sealed glass jar and store in the refrigerator. It will keep for about 3 weeks. Fry without adding fat about 30 minutes or until well done.
