1/4 cup corn oil
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 red wine vinegar
1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 clove garlic, minced
Place corn oil and mayonnaise in blender. Mix on high speed 45 seconds. Add remaining ingredients. Blend on high speed 2 minutes. Pour into bowl or jar, covered, and chill at least one hour. Makes 1 cup.
