Crispy Baked Onion Chicken

1 pkg. French onion soup mix
1 cup plain dry bread crumbs
4 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/2 lbs.)
½ cup mayonnaise

Preheat oven to 425º. In large plastic bag or bowl, combine recipe mix and bread crumbs. Brush chicken with mayonnaise. Add chicken, one at a time, to bag. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until evenly coated. On baking sheet, arrange chicken. Bake uncovered 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
