Into a parfait glass, wine glass or stemmed water goblet, place these ingredients, layered in the following order:
1 heaping tablespoon blackberry or boysenberry non-fat yogurt
1 heaping tablespoon diced banana
2 heaping tablespoons plain non-fat yogurt
1 heaping tablespoon granola with nuts and raisins
2 strawberries, sliced
1 heaping tablespoon blackberry or boysenberry non-fat yogurt
1 heaping tablespoon granola, sprinkled
1 strawberry, sliced and fanned.
NOTE: When preparing for breakfast for a crowd, you can make up several parfaits the night before, cover them with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator.
