1 12-oz pkg chocolate chips
1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until chocolate chips and marshmallows melt, stirring occasionally. Serve warm over ice cream or fruit. Store leftovers in jar in fridge. Makes 3 1/4 cups.
