In a skillet sauté 4 medium-sized diced onions in 1 cup of olive oil VERY slowly on VERY low heat for 3-1/2 hours. Be sure to keep covered at all times.
Cut 4 lbs of beef into 1-inch cubes. Place into a dutch oven with ˝ cup paprika, ˝ cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup of water, 4 fresh chopped tomatoes and 2 chopped bell peppers. Cook on low for 3-1/2 hours.
Fold onion mixture into meat, cover and simmer about 10 minutes for the flavors to blend. Serve with cooked red cabbage and cooked egg noodles.
