Lushy Peach Dessert

1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup melted butter
8 oz. Cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 16-oz. bag Frozen Peaches
2-1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon almond flavoring

Mix pecans, flour and melted butter and spread in 13x9 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Mix cream cheese, Cool Whip, powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon. Spread evenly over cooled crust.

Combine peaches, cornstarch, and granulated sugar. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until thick. Remove from heat and add almond flavoring. Cool completely and spread over second layer. Top dessert with Cool Whip.
