Monkey Bread

½ cup margarine or butter
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/3 brown sugar
¼ cup finely chopped nuts
½ cup chopped raisins
1 tablespoon cinnamon
3 cans buttermilk biscuits

Preheat oven to 375°. Prepare a bundt pan by coating the entire inside with cooking spray or butter and set aside.

Melt butter or margarine in a bowl. In another bowl mix the sugars, nuts, raisins and cinnamon.

Open first can of biscuits and separate. Cut each biscuit into 4 sections and roll each section into a ball. Coat each ball with the sugar mixture and drop into the bundt pan. Drizzle with 1/3 of the melted butter/margarine. Repeat these steps with the remaining 2 cans of biscuits. Sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture over the top and bake for 30 - 35 minutes.

When done, remove bread from oven and let cool for a couple of minutes. Turn pan over onto a plate and carefully remove the bread from the pan. Serve warm. IF YOU LEAVE THE BREAD IN THE PAN TOO LONG IT WILL STICK AND BECOME HARD TO REMOVE!
