Pasta Primavera

2 T. margarine/spread
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 pkg. Knorr Alfredo Pasta Sauce Mix
1 1/3 cups milk
4 cups sliced fresh or frozen veggies (green peas, mushrooms, red bell pepper, zucchini, onion)
8 ounces penne pasta or fettucine, cooked and drained

In 12-inch skillet, melt margarine/spread over medium-high heat and cook veggies and garlic, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in milk and sauce mix. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Toss sauce with hot penne and sprinkle, if desired, with grated Parmesan cheese.
