6 eggs
¼ cup half and half
1/8 teaspoon Mrs. Dash
6 small slices of ham
6 teaspoons shredded cheese
Heat oven to 350°. Butter 6 standard sized custard cups. Place a slice of ham into bottom of each cup. Carefully break an egg into each cup. Sprinkle a little Mrs. Dash onto each egg. Pour an equal amount of half and half into each cup. Sprinkle each cup with 1 teaspoon shredded cheese (any kind you want). Place cups into a baking dish filled with about ½ inch of water. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until eggs reach desired doneness. Carefully invert onto plates. NOTE: CUSTARD CUPS WILL BE HOT!
