1-lb bag hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup light cream
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon pepper
6 oz. sour cream
1-2/3 cups milk
crushed potato chips
Combine all ingredients except potatoes and potato chips and blend until smooth. Fold in thawed potatoes. Pour into a greased 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle crushed potato chips on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until slightly browned and bubbly.
