Spicy Orange Broccoli

1 1/2 pounds fresh broccoli
1 cup fresh orange juice
1 tbl cornstarch
1 tsp grated orange rind
1/2 tsp dried tarragon
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 or 3 drops hot sauce

Remove broccoli lealves, and cut off tough ends of stalks; discard. Wash broccoli thoroughly, and cut into spears. Arrange broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover & steam 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Set aside, and keep warm.

Combine orange juice & cornstarch in a small saucepan; stir until smooth. Add orange rind and next 3 ingredients, stirring well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and bubbly. Pour sauce over broccoli. 4 servings.
